　1.   Change of registered capital：
　　If planning to increase or decrease the issuance of new share capital, registered share capital should be increased or decreased; there is no restriction in the rate of increase of registered capital in Hong Kong’s law.
　2.   Change of company’s name:
　　The shareholders can change company’s name after registration.
　3.   Change of shareholders or directors：
　　Directors’ position would come to an end due to resignation, dismissal, death or expiration of the term of office.
　4.   Change of secretary or registered address：
　　Companies registered In Hong Kong must have a legal secretary and registered Hong Kong address. We can offer you a secretary and registered address. If the secretary or registered address is to be changed, please notify us in advance.
