BVI Company Annual Audit

Ⅰ、 Annual Audit:
In accordance with , if companies registered in BVI with offshore management, it does not have to pay taxes to local government, but must annually have license renewal procedures processed in the local government

There is two period of continuing license after registration, such as:
1)Companies incorporated from January to June:
The License Fee should be paid on or before 31st May of any given year;
  - June 1 to July 31 pay an additional fine of 10 percent;
  - August 1 to October 31, pay an additional fine of 50 percent;
  - Since November 1, the BVI Companies Registrar will delete records;  
2) Companies incorporated from July to December:
  - The License Fee should be paid on or before November 1st of any given year;
  - December 1 to January 31, pay an additional fine of 10 percent;
  - February 1 to April 31, pay an additional fine of 50 percent;
  - Since May 1, the BVI Companies Registrar will delete records;
3) After being deleted records by the BVI Companies Registrar, the company may be restored to the Register by paying applicable fees which varies according to the length of the time;
Ⅱ、 Time and Fees of Annual Audit:
1. If companies set up in January to June, it is required to pay annual audit in April the following year;
2. If companies set up in July to December, it is required to pay annual audit in October the following year;
3. HK$ 9,500 a year (seven days to complete)if the company registered capital is USD50, 000
4. HK$ 16,500 per year (seven days to complete) if the standard registered capital is higher than of USD50, 000
5. To confirm and update information of registered companies, the annual audit certificate is issued to ensure the legitimacy.
