British Company Annual audit
Ⅰ、 Annual Audit:
After registration of British company, the company should audit on time annually. The audit time is one year from the time of registration.
Ⅱ、 Our services are as follows:
1. Notify the Companies Registrar of the state of company and pay annual fee;
2. Summit annual report to the Companies Registrar;
3. Collect and preserve letters (except parcel);
4. Declare zero-tax returns if meeting the requirements;
5. Continue to provide company secretaries, ( receive letters from government and bank)
6. Continue to provide companies registered address provide free public telephone / fax)
7. Make annual audit and other documents.
