UK Company Deregistration
In accordance with the provisions of the United Kingdom Companies Act, before the company proposed to deregistration of the Companies Registry within three months, the application will be required to meet certain conditions, such as:
1) Did not change the company name;
2) There is no commercial operation;
Companies Registry publish a statement of the company's in the newspaper within 3 months, no one raises an objection, notify the Registrar of Companies of its cancellation of the application is successful.
