Annual auditing of Samoa Company
Ⅰ、 The annual service (every year)of Samoa Company:
Since the company, company should pay the annual fee before 30 November each year set up to the Companies Registry; of overdue payment, to a fine of
1. On behalf of the company to pay an annual fee
2. Entrusted company registered agent ( instead of receiving letters from government and bank
3. Provide the company registered address
If International company won’t pay the annual fee or penalty, it would be cancelled by government, the provision as follows:
Do not pay the annual fee 14 days after 30th Nov. you should pay the penalty which account from 15th Dec. every year.
On the date of 15th Dec. the registry could issue the notice of two month, to pronounce the list of cancelled company. And next 5th Feb. the registry could cancel the company which ignore the notice.
4. Companies can apply for restoration after cancellation, is required to pay certain costs of rehabilitation; this cost does not include the past due annual fees and fines.
