1. The necessary information of registering a HK Limited Co.
1-1） Company Registration Certificate
1-2） Effective Business Registration Certificate
1-3） Company Memorandum and Articles of Association
1-4） The original of sales of share Contract with company seal, the notice of first secretary and directors, the notice of secretary and directors’ information changing, agreement of served as director and annual returns form.
1-5） Two directors ( one of them must be the general manager)、All have been authorized signatory, the main shareholders、the owner of benefit and other relevant persons * and have to provide the following documents in person：
1-5-1）The files of ID certificate (Domestic residents is required to provide national identity cards and passports and passes between the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region)；
1-5-2）Nationality Certificate, For example: passport ( if you do not have permanent Hong Kong identity card)
1-5-3）Residential Address Certificate ( such as: the latest three months utility bills、bank statement、effective drive license 、Nationality ID Card etc.)
Notice:
a) Except the company of one person；
b)Handling the account opening procedures, the number of directors has to attend not less than the statutory quorum. If you have any directors or shareholders of a company, a major shareholder / owner of the ultimate beneficiaries (private individuals) must attend. In addtion, no matter who is entitled to exercise or control 10% or more of the company the right to vote of individuals, shall be deemed to be the company's major shareholders；
c) If directors or shareholders as a limited company, they need to do check book, until finally be controlled by an individual;
