- Cancellation of National Tax and Government rent Registration Certificate
- Cancellation of Organization Code Certificate
- Cancellation of approved qualification
- Cancellation of Business Registration Certificate
- Cancellation of common seal and financial seal
Ⅲ、Cancellation of a foreign-invested venture, clients need to provide following documents:
- The original and duplicate copy of ID card、passport of member as of right(principal) or other legal certificates that could prove identity.
- The original of National Tax Registration Certificate and Government rent Registration Certificate.
- The Pay taxes Certificate issued by Tax Department and CIQ (custom, immigration, quarantine)
- If there is a branch in company, you should provide the cancellation certification of branch.
- The original of organization code certificate and code card.
- Business Registration Certification and the counterpart.
