Ⅰ、The changing type of Foreign (region) enterprise resident representative office
1. Change the address of resident representative office
2. Delegate Changing
3. Prolong the effective time of the registration certificate (the period of resident is unexpired.
4. Prolong the resident time
Ⅱ、Clients should provide the following documents(materials):
1. One original of 《Foreign (region) Enterprise agency registration certificate》
2. One duplicate copy of new delegate’s identity certificate
3. One original of former delegate’s identity certificate
4. One piece of original Annual business report of the agency
5. Investor main body qualification or natural person’s ID ( one duplicate copy with agency’s seal and annotated the same with the original ones)According to the article VII of 《 With regard to management approach of foreign enterprise permanent resident representative office registration 》
1. Chinese translated ones of foreign language documents and certificate with the enterprise’s seal ( one original)。
2. The qualification of investor main body or the natural person identity certificate：
1) foreign investors should submit the documents which were notarized by notary public of the host country and approved by China embassy and Consulate which located in local country.(one original);
2) Hong Kong, Macao investors should submit the documents which notarized by China entrusted notary, And stamping transmitting Seal
separately by the China Legal Service (HK) Ltd., the China Legal Service (Macao) Ltd.

3) Taiwan investor should submit certificates which are notarized by local notary organ and verified by Guangdong Notary Association;
4) Chinese investor should submit Corporation Business Registration Certificate or Corporation Registration Certificate( one duplicate copy with company seal and annotated the same with the original ones).
