Ⅰ、The reasons that foreign(region) enterprise permanent resident representative office cancellation:
1. The resident period of foreign(region) enterprise permanent resident representative office is expiration
2. Terminate the business activity in advance
3. enterprises declared bankrupt
Ⅱ、Clients need to provide the following documents(materials):
1. Approved documents of approval organ( one duplicate copy with company seal and annotated the same with the original ones)
2. 《Foreign(region) enterprise permanent resident representative office registration certificate》 ( one original)
3. The original of all the delegates’ work permit
4. Common Seal and Financial Seal
5. Submit other documents which are stipulated by Laws and administrative regulations and the State Council
Instructions:
1. Foreign language documents and certificate should translate in Chinese (one original) ( if the documents were translated by foreign(region) enterprise, they should be stamped with company seal. If translated by translation company ,translation company should affix the seal.)
